Desktop version of the Steam authentication mobile

Run Steam Desktop Authenticator.exe and click the button to set up a new account. Login to Steam and follow the instructions to set it up. Note: you still <a href="https://steamauthenticatordesktop.com/">steam desktop authenticator github</a>
