Leave the drip system till the end.
Prepare, till, disc, sow and then add the system.
You can leave few rows or spaces empty in between the rows or planted areas for agricultural practices (spraying, fertilizer application etc)

Thank you all for your response.
In my opinion, if it is the same cultures that we want to practice, I do not find it necessary to remove the pipes. Because it could damage the system if you are not careful or unqualified. You would be obliged to bring in a specialist who will take money from you for his service.

The drip lines can be carefully moved aside from the bed being tilted to minimize cuts and damage to the drip lines and drip tapes. The sub mines can be left intact so as not to disorganize the installation measurements.
Leaving the drip lines in the field when working on it can increase damage and reduce the lifespan of the drip system.

Dears,
Greetings,
Thank you very much Sara for your reply, but what if we use SDI (Sub Surface Drip Irrigation)...?
Best
